In 2014, Lady Gaga toured the most controversial and critically mixed album of her career. Described as a "reverse Warholian experience", artRAVE: the ARTPOP Ball was a poetic musical journey which celebrated an album that, at the time, many considered to be a commercial and artistic failure. Almost 10 years later, ARTPOP would finally get the praise it deserves, and be recognized as innovative, extraordinary, and ahead of it's time. Lady Gaga closed the tour on November 24, 2014 in Paris, France, and GAGA BALL 5: the ARTPOP Expeirence, will recreate this final performance.
Since it's conception, the GAGA BALL has been reimagined 5 times over 4 years, and each time has been met with sold out crowds filled with Lady Gaga's most loyal fans. With each reimagining of the show, it's a chance for Little Monsters, fans of drag, fans of music, and the queer community of Orlando to come together, dance, sing, and celebrate what makes us beautiful, strong, and brave. After 2 sold out shows inspired by Gaga's newest album "Chromatica", the GAGA BALL is BACK with a brand new production, featuring ARTPOP at it's center.
The show is a fully staged and choreographed drag tribute production dedicated to the music and it's message of this iconic and infamous album. The show will take you back in time to the ARTPOP era: a full hour packed with Gaga's most iconic ARTPOP looks and performances. From "Aura" to "Applause", you will see and hear all the songs from the album, as well as some fan favorites that didn't make the cut, that made this era of Gaga's career truly unforgettable. So grab your Koons balls and sea shell bikinis, throw on some heels and get ready to dance all night with Orlando's biggest Little Monster, Mr Ms Adrien as Lady Gaga in the brand new GAGA BALL 5: The ARTPOP Experience!
